Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations will be accepted until ten days prior to the original pick up date. Wright Flower Company will charge a 15% cancellation fee. Wright Flower Company does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after the 10 day prior. Any change or cancellation request must be notified via email or phone. In the event you cancel an order keep in mind that the refund will be for the original order amount minus the 15% cancellation fee.
Because you will be picking the product up, our expectation is, you inspect the flowers on site, If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of any items received, do not take them. Contact Wright Flower Company within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic images of all unsatisfactory products, you chose to take, via email or text. At its discretion, Wright Flower Company will provide flower care instruction, issue a refund (less 15%) or offer a replacement product. Wright Flower Company may require a return of the product before any refund is issued.
Because we are working with several farms and countries, and this is a fresh product, the product may vary. Also, We will call if we can not get a product in, and suggest a substitute, as soon as we know.
Some products are not always in season. We will let you know if a product on you order is unavailable.
Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk flowers to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same exact color. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.
